Shipping Policy
Shipping has been a challenging element of small business e-commerce for several years. We will always strive to find shipping options that are affordable for both parties. We will do our best to adhere to the policies below:
- Orders are processed within two business days and shipped via USPS.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
- Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
- International shipping is available to select locations—buyers are responsible for any customs fees.

Return policy
At EsKinkCollection, we want you to love your purchase! However, due to hygiene and customization, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged.
- Damaged Orders: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- No Exchanges or Buyer’s Remorse Returns.

Product care
Storage
All products made from wood come from kiln-dried stock. This means that the wood is brought down in moisture content to a level that minimizes the likelihood that it will be affected by the drier indoor climates we tend to store our products. However, there is one truism in woodworking: wood moves due to moisture in the air!
We rarely notice wood movement in products kept indoors. You probably won’t notice it in our paddles. The finish used on all paddles greatly reduces movement, but does not prevent it. We recommend that our product not be stored in humid places for extended periods of time. This will reduce the likliehood that you will see any change in the final product.
Cleaning
Our own testing has demonstrated that the finish on our paddles is incredibly resilient and stands up to years of cleaning with Cavicide, Lysol wipes, and a variety of other cleaners used in play spaces.
The only substance we’ve found that will damage the finish is acetone (nail polish remover). We do not guarantee that the finish will hold up against every substance it could come into contact with.
Product disclaimers
Wood variations
Almost all of our products are displayed as the product pictured is the product you get. However, if that is not specified, you will be getting a product that is the same design and wood species. All items are handcrafted and unique. Minor variations in color, grain, and finish are expected.
Improper use
EsSkinkCollection is not responsible for improper use of products. By purchasing, the buyer assumes all responsibility.
custom orders
The Es brand first started as a 100% custom work business. From small necklaces to large, ornate furniture, we have you covered!
- Custom orders may be available for specific products. Please contact us for availability.
- We will work with you on the concept and plans for your approval prior to beginning production.
- Full payment is required before work begins on a custom order.
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

By purchasing any product from EsKinkCollection, the buyer and any individual who uses the purchased product acknowledge and agree that EsKinkCollection, its owners, affiliates, and associated entities are not liable for any claims, injuries, damages, or legal actions resulting from the possession, use, or misuse of any product sold.

- By completing a purchase, you release EsKinkCollection from all liability, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
